Nixyáawii is a new twelve-acre neighborhood located south of the Nixyáawii Education Center and Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center. The neighborhood will allow CTUIR Tribal Members to build homes and live on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The shovel-ready lots will feature utility access, paved roads & sidewalks, alleyways, and plans for a community park.
